Describe what your pull request addresses

[ ] fix for error on empty usfm response
[ ] added url and filename to usfm response to be able to verify the response corresponds to latest request.
[ ] fix for lexicon crash on empty verse (2 Cor 13:14)

Test Instructions

[ ] test with https://deploy-preview-412--gateway-edit.netlify.app/
[ ] all GWE functionality should work - navigation, alignment, edit, etc.
[ ] seeing a problem that alignment indicator is not updating on scripture cards, but that is not a problem in this PR.
