It looks like I can merge πολλοὶ with καὶ, but I really can't without first un-merging it from γὰρ.

[ ] Dropping in the second box should allow the word to be directly unmerged from the first word and merged with the second word in one step.
[ ] Only turn to blue the locations that the word can actually be dropped
