Expand the size of the expanded scripture pane #4249

Currently the expanded scripture pane only consumes about 50% of the screen width and 70% of its height, for no apparent reason. Expanding its width, and possibly its height, would allow seeing more scripture without the need to scroll.

Changes have been made in the tC-UIToolkit

Nothing has been changed in terms of the size of the expanded scripture pane.

There are still no changes to its size in 1.1.0 (c6414a7)

Retested in 2.0.0 (4b3ebee). Expanded scripture pane comes up as a popup screen in the centre. Unable to compare with the previous window size.
