Resource updates for Nepali (ne) always fail #7092

3.0.0 (74b79f2) It looks like missing content, but tC should handle these situations better. If all required content pieces are not available, the language should probably not appear in the downloadable resources list. Continuously getting the Resource download failed alert is not desirable. image

@cckozie @birchamp - I seems the better solution is not to publish tN to the catalog if the tA for a language is not present. Then tC will not try to download the tA. I have a suspicion here that the content team forgot to publish the tA for ne.
