Show users that a resource is pre-release in Expanded Scripture Pane #7404

@elsylambert I also notice that orgs are not shown here.

@elsylambert I don't know that we ever implemented hover on the titles here.

@PhotoNomad0 You are right!!! It is just the Title. I copied the details from #7391, where it was mentioned: Expanded Scripture Pane Title(Hover Text).

Looks good in translationCore 3.3.0 (fb96f72). Expanded Scripture pane shows Pre-release in the title.
