load events from .tsv files into DataFrame #57

          addEventFiles! now takes the layout DF and searches for BIDS conform tsv files. The function is a default in bidsLayout() now and gives a warning if no/ too many tsv files are found. Currently only in the dev branch

Next step:

loading events from tsv to an event DF

[x] check if path loading into layout DF works
[x] load events data per subject into main (i.e.) data DataFrame

All done in dev branch now
