Create Menu #25

Hi, couple months ago I have asked question about creating menu, as that absent in old version. Do you have that in new version. Can we send POST request?

@ocReaper unfortunately I don't have the resources/time to follow this project any longer. I'm up to let it be adopted by other developer(s) who are willing to maintain it and push changes here and on wordpress.org SVN.
