구글링 결과 info.plist 파일에서 수정할 필요가 있다 하는데 프로젝트 목록에 info.plist가 보이지 않음

https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-13-release-notes XCode 업데이트 하면서 info.plist가 사라졌다는거 같음

info.plist 를 파일로 만들어지는 것이 아니라 설정에서 변경하는 방식으로 바뀌고 이것만 별도로 만드는 것으로 바뀐 것을 확인.
Custom iOS Target Propertirs 에서 직접 App Transport Security Settings 를 적고 요소로 Allow Arbitrary Loads를 boolean 으로 삽입
이걸 True 로 변경

이걸로 HTTP 통신이 가능해졌다. 해결!
