Use album covers from media players directly #27

Media players can supply the album cover for the current song, which could be directly used instead of making a request to an API every time the song changes. This would improve the reliability of showing an image in the Discord status because we don't rely on an external service having an image available for every possible song (MusicBrainz e.g. lacks a lot of songs and sometimes doesn't find the right song for a particular query).

With version 2.2.0 you can now use cover images from media players directly, by checking the option "Use cover images from media players" in the settings!
