[Bug] Version 2.2.1 crashes with some songs #39

Version 2.2.1 had a bug where the app would crash when you are playing music which

  1. does not have a URL to a cover image that is correct for the song's album and
  2. has an API result for that song

This is fixed in version 2.2.2.
