[Bug] Not being able to set language to 'English' if Windows' Preferred languages settings has a language supported by the player

Describe the bug

as the title says

Reproduction Steps

1. open Windows Settings -> Time & Language -> Language
2. add a language that is already translated for Music Presence (eg. Korean)
3. restart Music Presence
4. that happens
5. try to change the language and when it restarts it's still the language you added in the settings, the selected language in Music Presence's settings is still 'system default'

Expected behavior

expected the language to be chosen correctly and the chosen language in Music Presence's settings is not system default
