Task #5630: Move django-hosting.ch, node-hosting.ch and rails-hosting.ch into ungleich.ch/hosting/ #664

Following points are completed:

Create new page / overview page ungleich.ch/hosting
Link new page in the menu of ungleich.ch

Hosting details have been copied over from existing sites and each column of hosting service is linked to the original content. 2018-09-20_14-19

I guess good -- guess as I assume we put it online and then @verysanghee will talk to @aatishnn for making it more pretty. But from my side: get it online first and then make it pretty.
