Describe the bug you can keep adding in other ingredients to finished dish (just deletes the ingredient)

Version v0.4

To Reproduce

  1. cut ingredient
  2. combine ingredient with stick or place and take out of oven/pot
  3. cut second ingredient + combine it with previous food
  4. cut third or more ingredient and combine with previous combination
