Meteosat: https://eumetview.eumetsat.int/static-images/latestImages.html

Not very high quality and includes a grid overlay, but these are the best I've found so far, and they appear to be regularly updated. Includes an enormous watermark banner at the bottom despite being freely licensed for non-commercial use.
