[ubuntu_focal] Reintroduce system ICU? #218

I had to switch to the bundled ICU just to get Focal to build again and I do not have time to make it work with it. If someone else would like to try then please reply here.

Issue closed due to being hijacked for an unrelated problem.

@braewoods re: the 'unrelated problem', may I open a separate issue for it, then? It is a very real problem that anyone trying to install on Ubuntu from OBS will come up against.

It's already solved but needs time to build.
