It seems the debian key has expired:

This is the place, there is no another. This repo is not actively maintained, therefore everything stays this way until someone takes the maintenance.

Yep, the expired key is a side effect of the lack of active maintenance. Even if the key were current, all you'd see is an ungoogled-chromium package from well over a year ago---too old to be even remotely safe to use.

I am working on ending this drought, but have been spread extremely thin lately. The issue to watch for this is #343.
