Fix Ninja Build Issue #162

This PR fixes the Ninja Build issues introduced since Ninja 1.12.0, which failed the build CI for 123.0.6312.122 (#161) by simply removing the flag (used by Chromium) that is no longer supported.

I didn't find anything on Vanilla Chromium end on how this issue will be solved by them as of now.

This will come with the update to 124.0.6367.60 then, as the PR for updating in the core repo is now out of draft state.
