Describe the bug
After first placing the media controls wherever you want the next time you try to move (click) them fill almost whole screen of black expanding rectangle. Tried in other video platforms like Twitch and same happened.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable flag "Enable overlay controls for Global Media Controls". Relaunch Chromium.
Visit some video platform and drag the controls out of the top bar. Place wherever you want (for me was bottom-right).
Left Click (and hold) to move the controls again, enjoy the black screen (the more you hold the bigger it gets).
Expected behavior
No black rectangle.

ungoogled-chromium version: Windows 64 bit 87.0.4280.141-1
Additional context
I also had the flag "Global Media Controls Modern UI" enabled but doesn´t seem to matter as I tried disabling it and didn´t work.
