webkit.css doesn't remove what's new and etc #19

everything on the theme works except that, it does nothing when i copy it to the path i was told to

also, is there a way to change the steam icon on the taskbar or/and tray?

nevermind it fixed, idk but i tried adding "-beta" to the steam launch args, in sfp, and reset steam and i think that made it work
