Decisions on documentation:

  1. Rmd template will provide the basic structure of an RMS report, incl. sections
  2. Use of the package guidance, e.g. CSS class, plots functions, etc. > Vignette
  3. A dummy report example with SSD data incl. Rmd and PDF file
