improve responsive design #106

on smaller screen widths elements begins to overlap

also lets make the text slightly smaller for the totals and the country bars, with higher factor on smaller screen widths so it doesn't overflow out of the edge of the container

I wonder if this change should be made in the Semantic UI theme, or maybe it should be custom just for this page. We can start with just on this page.
