This would imply to specify them under the variable column within the xlsform...

Potential consequences include:

specific visualization - cf Likert package: https://github.com/jbryer/likert
Specific type of correlation test to be performed - in relation with ticket: https://github.com/unhcr/koboloadeR/issues/19

Thispull should fix the visualization issues by fixing the links for ordinals with dico. Now, the questions can be marked as ordinal in the xlsform (under "ordinal" column in the survey) and the order of the list will be respected in the bar graphs.
