Build an app channel (similar to Apple's proprietary App Store) and get it ready for people to publish their web apps on. Ideally with forking capability, maybe based on Apptorrent http://lanyrd.com/2011/rejectjs/shyzf/
It probably makes sense to collaborate with Mozilla and their Open Web Apps effort on this. In communication with Joe Stagner, will update.
