tools: add hood.ie #43

Hoodie seems a good fit to add to the tools page:

gr2m do you have a nicer 128x128 png logo? i cut this one out of http://hood.ie/images/5c6a355c.hoodie_logo.png and you see part of the first 'O'

What's "arch"? Also, I believe it's "hood.ie" with the dot.

It's "Hoodie", with capital H

great! deployed new png and also capitalized the 'H'.

@skddc i changed 'arch' to 'architecture' to avoid confusion.
