Book as epub/mobi/pdf? #55

Since there is a book now it would be great if it was also available in a format that is suitable for e-readers.

Thanks for the suggestion! :) linked them from the navigation bar on https://unhosted.org/ as well. the headers and footers from the pdf print are a bit annoying in the epub and mobi versions, the code samples are hard to read without proper indenting and syntaxhighlighting, and of course you won't be able to click the links from the ebooks, but hopefully it's useful to someon :)
