Import new MakeHuman avatars #565

The MakeHuman avatars provided by @AmirSafarha have more polygons, hence, a greater level of detail, and support the Facial Action Coding System (FACS) and Action Units (AU), which ease the representation of mimics.

No longer planned. We will use the CC4 avatars instead.
