Create a 'How To' guides section #79

Web apps can be difficult (for iOS specifically) so we should probably have guides for the following:

Adding the app to the homescreen
Allowing the users location to be grabbed after denying
Clearing browser cache (safari, chrome, samsung browser)

This section will live in the settings
