Allow debugging and determining why redundancy 4 has identical failure numbers as redundancy 2. #171

Initial Idea

[ ] Show the boxplots with numbers in dash.
[ ] Allow the user to click on a single dot or show hovertext of which runs were contained in that dot. (Give the list of True and False graphs).
[ ] Allow the user to click to load and show that run to see what happened to it.

Optional

[ ] Document the different failure modes (and visualise them).

Faster solution

[x] Allow users to specify a run config or json filename of the results and let the code find the accompanying data to show it.

[x] Allow specification of the graph type.
[x] Allow specification of the port for visualisation via CLI. Then run two visualisations by unning two separate CLI's.
