`v` - Not done. Random spike neuron is used to generate the spikes, and these do not directly affect the voltage. They only directly affect the current. TODO: optionally, by modifying the voltage within the simulation directly with the accompanying amplitude increase/decrease at times `[t_0, t_1, ..., t_n]`. #183
