Verify table content. #200

The table says for entry 3 that the first spike behaviour that changes, is that the Terminator spikes at step 6, but then showing all spikes that deviate, shows "oh also in t=2 some counter neuron misbehaved.".

The table has served its purpose. Further verification is not deemed necessary at this point.
