Output input graph

[x] Output the intput graph if the user asks to visualise the SNN with: -si -sgt rad_adapted_snn_graph
[x] to directory: `latex/Images/graphs/input_graph/isomorphicHash_run_config_id.svg.
[x] Ensure the nodes 0 to n are on xy-positions [0,0], to [0,n].
[x] Make the edges arc around each other.

Select an input graph to visualise that:

[ ] has 2 different dominating sets, one better than the other.
[ ] outputs the larger dominating set for m=2
[ ] outputs the smaller one for m=2
[ ] has a max size of 5.
[ ] specify a run config that contains that graph.
[ ] Show the neuman algorithm with numbers in the paper per step.
[ ] Show the SNN algorithm with numbers in the paper per step.
