  1. update batch on web to support multi datacenters.
  2. add Batchjob and Batchtask to db
  3. billing beans when complete a task
  4. manage lock of taskmgr to support stop task action
  5. record end_time of task and batchjob
  6. add batch info in the backend and frontend
