Error running Demo using Docker image #19

Closed nebis-software closed 1 year ago

nebis-software commented 1 year ago

Hi! I would like to try processing my images using the docker image - I have followed all the instructions coming from show_intructions.py butI get the error below. I am running on ubuntu 20 with no GPU. Commenting line 56 doesn't solve the issue because it seems that where_occmask is used in other places.

Any idea? and by way, great work! Luigi

Replying to my own message: in the instructions "./encnet.model " must be replaced with the actual model path, for example ./MoFA_UNet_Save/For_NoW_Challenge/enc_net_210000.model
