Revised color chooser #24

This PR provides an updated color chooser dialog. This addresses issue #22, and should also provide some further improvements for #21.

As always, comments or suggestions are welcome.

The implementation looks really good and solid @clangguth. Thanks a lot for your contribution. I looked a bit at the marker painting but didn't seem to find a solution to the shifted right marker that works when scaling. Normally I do not notice it on my machine, but when scaled it can look a bit weird as you mention. So I would also suggest just to keep the one arrow to keep it simple.
