Update to redesign scalismo #54

This PR intends to make scalismo-ui usable with the redesign scalismo.

It is fully working but not polished. Some code could now be streamlined, as the corresponding features are in Scalismo and the simpleAPI should be cleaned up. Yet I find it important that we merge this early, such that we can work and test scalismo-ui. Therefore I propose to merge it as is.
