Refactor project structure #2

@numbnut @kaihil ... please have a look at this pull request.

Refactoring of the project structure I want to change current workflow of releasing. Previously we created a subfolder in the release folder with the version number as foldername. We should change this workflow and release via branches and tags.

What I did:

Removed release folder
Moved and overrided all files and folders from last release (6.1.3)
Adapted readme file

Hey @Sawadski , great restructuring. I would suggest to revise the package.json and the readme file. You could for instance drop unnecessary code and documentation sections.
