Drop ssh multiplexing functionality #9

We realized in MatterMiners/tardis#135 that this did not actually help, and a solution integrated into TARDIS was implemented in: MatterMiners/tardis#145

This also drops the dependency on saz/ssh. Thanks to @giffels for spotting this :+1: .
