Create example folder and files

Create a folder in this repository containing examples of:

• An input ontology file
• One output ontology file for each combination of automation levels and models' completeness (hence, four files).
• One report file for each combination of automation levels and models' completeness (hence, four files).
• Text file with instructions about how to reproduce the results obtained with the interactive modes (which options were selected during the software's execution)
