Include quantitative information about Endurant Types #31

To make explicit how useful the software really is, we can include quantitative information about Endurant Types in the OntCatOWL's documentation (scope section).

We can collect such information using the OntCatOWL-Tester and the OntoUML/UFO Catalog.

I opened an issue (issue #19) in the Tester's repository for receiving the necessary information.
