Better communication of inconsistencies #7

Inconsistencies result in exceptions to the current implementation (version 0.22.12.02). However, the notification of such inconsistencies is generic and the actual situation that caused the inconsistency cannot be easily recognized by the user. The inconsistency notification could report the rule in which the inconsistency was detected and other important information.

After solving this issue, the related information must be corrected in the documentation.
