Mima Plugin Configuration reports errors #120

With the release of ScalaWebTest 4.0.0 we have to update the MimaPluginConfiguration

disable the plugin for modules which should not be verified, as the new mima plugin version is more strict
simplify the configuration
update the version number, against which the mima plugin should do its verification
