This commit creates a new "About" page to describe the UNICEF Drones for Sustainable Develop Goals Toolkit, its purpose, and its audiences.

Copy and images provided by @enonied4g. Closes #13.

I noticed that "Related Articles" appears at the bottom of the page even though there are no other pages or articles shown. I opened unicef/inventory-hugo-theme#30 to track this.

For now, I am going to merge this so it is published on the main site. 🎬
