CR Reporting Requirements HF #1055

Any PD/SHPD/SSFA that contains at least 1 indicator marked as high frequency humanitarian response indicator requires at least 1 Humanitarian Report to be added to the Partner Reporting requirements.

An indicator cannot be marked as Cluster and high frequency humanitarian response indicator at the same time.

The option to mark an indicator as high frequency should not be available to the user if the indicator is marked as cluster.

The User must select “Add Humanitarian Report” to add reports to the Partner Reporting Requirements.

Humanitarian Reports can be generated only for cluster and high frequency humanitarian response indicators. The Standard Quarterly Progress Report must be generated as normal. Humanitarian Reports are in addition to Quarterly Progress Report. There is no approval workflow for HR and they should be automatically approved on submission. If the PD/SHPD/SSFA has only high frequency humanitarian indicators: • The user selects Humanitarian Reports • The user enters the due dates of the reports – more than 1 due date can be added – each due date will be a separate report • On the 1st report only, the user adds the start date of the reporting period. For Humanitarian Reports, the due date and the End Date of the reporting period are the same. The system will automatically generate the reports based on the start date and the dues dates. Those dates (reporting period start and end date), except the start date of the 1st reporting period, are not shown to the user. If the PD/SHPD/SSFA has only cluster indicators: • The user selects Humanitarian Reports • The frequency of reporting and reporting periods are imported from the PRP-Cluster and cannot be edited by the user. The list of reports due is generated accordingly until the end of the PD/SHPD/SSFA, starting from the current available report due date as generated in PRP-Cluster. Any cluster indicator will be displayed in a format and colour consistent with PRP-Cluster branding. There must be a note for the user that says, “All Humanitarian Reports for Clusters will appear here automatically as they are generated in the Partner Reporting Portal.” If the PD/SHPD/SSFA has both high frequency humanitarian response and cluster indicators: • The user selects Humanitarian Reports • Reports against cluster indicators are automatically generated based on data from Cluster PRP. • The user enters the due dates of the reports – more than 1 due date can be added – each due date will be a separate report – these reports will be generated for high frequency humanitarian response indicators • The user selects the start date of the first report. • The frequency of reporting is imported from the PRP-Clusters for Cluster Indicators The reports will bundle the high frequency humanitarian response and cluster indicators together based on due date and frequency (reporting start and end dates) – all indicators with the same due date and frequency will be bundled into the same report. If a cluster or high frequency humanitarian indicator is later de-activated (e.g. through a PD/SHPD/SSFA amendment), Humanitarian Reports should not include that indicator for any subsequent report. Any new report generated in PRP-Cluster as a result of changes that affect cluster indicators selected for PD/SHPD/SSFA will be automatically brought over to PMP to display on the list of reports to be submitted (along with the due date and frequency of reporting).
