CR Reports #1060

The Reports Page (in the global navigation) and the Reports Tab within the PD must be updated.

The pages need to be adjusted to include an additional column “report type” and related filter. Reports can be identified by their acronym QPR, HR/C HR/U (Humanitarian Report Cluster/ UNICEF) and SR, or anything similar that can differentiate the reports, such as icon or otherwise.
