"Sign out" button missing #160

The functionality to log out/sign out is missing, I asked around and this was included in the specifications. RSS and users are raising this as a common issue. The only log out is in the admin panel, but only super users have that.

This is done in PMP and Dashboard. @lordfuoco Check PR to see details to do same on trips.

on IE, sign out leads to this page and it doesn't actually sign out. untitled

screen shot 2017-04-25 at 12 19 01 pm As shown in the design guideline. The profile icon shows a dropdown on click. "Profile" links to "My Profile" dialog as we have it now.

the Signout button does not work in IE because Internet Explorer connects to the system account. We've talked about this.. and I sat down with people from the product team and explained this. UI design was not pointed out in the card as specification at the time the issue went in development.. And previous designs were showing "LOGOUT" button on the top right. We've assigned this to Marko for fixing the UI.
