Agreement Amendments updates

All fields are locked once the agreement is signed. Some fields are editable using amendments section:

• Adding a new amendment with 'Change Authorized Officer' will clear&unlock 'Authorized Officers' field and becomes required.

• Amendments are shown for PCA and SSFA types once agreement is in 'Signed' status.

• Amendments type is a multi dropdown. For PCA amendments types are: Change in Legal Name of Implementing Partner; Change Authorized Officer(s); Banking Information; Change in clause. For SSFA only Change in Authorized Officers

• Signed Date, Signed Amendment, Amendment Type are required

• Show Amendment Number(Locked Field)

@evrimm in the design I can not see where I should display Amendment Number field. @robertavram is this a new field or it refers to the badge number from the left side of the amendment data?

Ok, in this case I will not have to make any other changes. Keep in mind that the you see there is frontend computed. Should it come from the API?

To be moved In Demo once the agreements status and amendments changes are implemented on backend.

@adi130987 Test result: pass tested on demo environment on IE 11 and Google Chrome
