Contingency PD Toggle switches to off position #665

Workspace: Bukina Faso browser: Chrome Steps: Partner Focal Points - any UNICEF Office(s) - any UNICEF Focal Points Contingency PD - Toggle in On position CP Structure - Any Start Date - Leave Blank End Date - Leave Blank Section/Cluster - at least 1 Locations - at least 1 Upload Programme Document/SSFA (Attachment) Signed by Partner - any Signed by Partner Date - any Signed by UNICEF - any Signed by UNICEF Date - any Hit Save

Result: Status changes to signed and the contingency PD toggle goes to off position. Expected: The contingency PD remains On.

@mpawlowski85 the contingency PD field is still on (to be off it should be aligned to the left), but the field is disabled because you do not have edit permissions on it.

@ntrncic can we change intervention.permissions.edit.contingency_pd = true for signed status? Right now edit is not allowed in signed status.

This issue is #666 duplicate.
