Fix list filter reset issue

• Go to the PD list, set the results to 50
• Navigate to the end or the result set
• Select a PD, go to details
• Go back to the list using the link on the left
• Repeat 3 times

Expected: number of results per page is still 50 and the page is still at the end of the results set Result: number of results per page has been reset and the list is at the beginning.

Same for Partners list and Agreements list
