[UAT] CSO Dashboard - functional issues

• Data - Not all interventions are showing up (example: Jordan has 120 Signed/Active/Ended/Suspended/Terminated Interventions, but only 43 appear) • Section and UNICEF Office does not show up (although the data is entered in the PD page) • The specifications ask for all the fields to be included in an export file - currently the export function is not available. • The specifications ask for the dashboard to have a filter facility - currently none is provided.

@mpawlowski85 The page was made according to the design spec and screens on invision. The screens only had the search filter and sort by Partner filter. If features were added to this page then these requirements weren't communicated.

@evrimm Are there updated screens for the filtering in the spec Marcin mentions?

@marko911 the requirements did not change the functional spec document is still the same. I am attaching here for easy reference. Please see section 2.6- New Dashboard - CSO Dashboard. The latest clarifications for the dashboards were added on the 8th of June and nothing changed since.

@marko911 @mpawlowski85 Filters seem to have been added to the specification document after screens were done. I'll update the screens.

@mpawlowski85 The fixes pushed for this card do NOT include exporting functionality. We will need to implement that in the near future but is not a high priority right now as it would stall these fixes for days in order to include it. There need to be some backend changes for that.

1)Export functionality doesn't work. 2) Disbursement to Date column in the search results section should show both amount and percentage. 3) Days since last PV is blank, it doesn't show any data from TRIP.

@mpawlowski85 days since last PV is working, we just tested it. The trip has to be completed and the partnership has to be (not Draft). Also we have a caching mechanism every 6 hours and the dashboard will update after the cache resets.
