IE: User is able to save partner contacts even without values in mandatory fields ALM 243 #724

Workspace:Philippines Partner contacts get saved even without updating "Position" and "Contact number."

"Contact number" is not required if there is an email address or if you enter phone number the email becomes not required.
There is an issue on position field, will be fixed today. @daniel-tabarcea the position field error message shows, but the save request is executed.

thanks @adi130987 you are correct about the phone number. Lets see what we can do about the position field.

@mpawlowski85... @daniel-tabarcea made a fix for this, it will be deployed to staging next Thursday. @ntrncic we should make title/position required on BE too.

I am no longer able to add a partner contact without the position field.
